• copyright- rights reserved to producer of work

• bibliography- collection of cited works

• quoting- DO IT; no matter how small

• integrating quotes- allows for smoother transition between your writing and the quoting

• infringement- not good; when one uses copyrighted materials without properly citing

• fair use- one is able to use copyrighted material so long as it is not in its entirety and is cited properly

• common knowledge- isn’t necessary to cite bc it’s assumed people know
